I have been a customer of Naperville Toyota for years. Today I came in for an oil change and was greeted by Markus who was working in the service department with a broken foot & using a scooter to get around. Of course this greatly impacted his mobility, yet this young man had me in and out of there in about 30 minutes. This is the shortest time I have waited for an oil change EVER at this location. I typically wait 1- 2 hours for service, but I was amazed by Markus' professionalism, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service - even while working with a broken foot. Thank you Markus and Naperville Toyota for being the best Toyota dealership in the Chicagoland area and thank you Markus for everything! You guys have an amazing young man on your staff. I hope you appreciate Markus as much as I appreciate his help and service today.
