Emil was great. He helped us locate and purchase a Woodland Rav4 plug in hybrid, which isn't easy to find. Very friendly and nice to work with.

Emil was very helpful and transparent with the whole process. We had to waitlist a RAV4 woodland and he kept is updated of the progress and was great on the day of delivery. They didn't assess any dealer fees or markups and treated us fairly.
